History
Natural wine, with no added sulfur and no inputs, has conquered our cities and our taste buds. Cities is the result of our art, our artistic version of winemaking. So simple yet so complex, just like the contemporary art we love. Colors, feelings, memories abound depending on the work and the setting. Winemaking & Oenology
Wine resulting from a carbonic maceration of 14 days. The indigenous yeasts of the plot prepared beforehand have transformed the sugar into alcohol. Nature, patience and rigor will have done the work of vinification. Only the control of this particular fermentation will have been mastered by man. This method of vinification requires a high quality of grapes, grapes of an exceptional sanitary state. Very gentle pressing and maturing in vats. Vinification in non-interventional stainless steel tanks and non-glued wine. Wine without added sulphur.
Vineyard & Terroir
Produced within the framework of the conversion to organic viticulture. Hand picked and selected grapes. Yields of 650gr/m2. These low yields guarantee an optimal maturity of the berries and a better concentration of the fruity aromas but especially the development of the first spicy flavors characteristic of a good Syrah. As a late grape variety, Syrah also requires a harvest at the end of the harvest and in marketable boxes to avoid damaging the berries. Plots facing south and south-east. Low vines in Guyot. Clay and limestone soil, grassed soil and slight slope.

Cities is a complex wine combining fruit and spices while keeping a real crispness and a nice freshness. Do not hesitate to open your bottle before serving and decant this wine.

Wine tasting description
Color : Purple color with purple reflections
Nose & Aromatics : Very expressive, complex. Nice homogeneity between several red fruits (blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant) and spices (white pepper, pink berries).
Mouth & Flavors : The sensations of this wine are confirmed in mouth. Nice roundness on the red fruits evoked and supported by this rather soft expression of spices. A nice volume accompanied by a well melted tannic structure. Nice constant freshness and long persistence.
