History
309m, off the coast of Ouchy in the canton of Vaud, is the deepest point of Lake Geneva. Such a mysterious depth led us to rediscover one of the most prestigious and equally mysterious grape varieties of this geographical area, the Chasselas. We found a pearl, a real treasure in the land of Lake Geneva, superbly ripened grapes facing Lake Geneva on the slopes classified as Grand Cru in the commune of Féchy.

Winemaking & Oenology
This Chasselas of great reputation has been harvested and carefully sorted by hand to keep only the best grapes and the best maturity. De-stemmed, crushed and then pressed with very ripe grapes to avoid vegetal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation and work on the lees daily to enrich the wine, make it more complex and work on its finesse.
Vineyard & Terroir
309m, Chasselas Grand Cru de Féchy, has seen its grapes grow on a limestone soil with a clay base. This terroir gives all its meaning to the typicity of this appellation. Equally steep slopes facing East and South East, with a low yield of about 800gr/m2, guarantee the grapes an exceptional quality for this classified Grand Cru.

Wine tasting description
Color : Pale yellow and bright color
Nose & Aromatics : One guesses a fine wine, accompanied by floral notes but also by very precise, mineral and saline aromas. Discrete citrus fruits announce a very nice freshness.
Mouth & Flavors : A great attack on freshness is confirmed, a beautiful controlled acidity. Expressive, we find its aromas of lime blossom, the whole accompanied by a nice volume in mouth. Notes of white peaches are revealed in the finish, followed by a pleasant salinity in persistence.
